Please note that our warehouse will be closed on Friday 29 March for Good Friday. All orders placed after 2pm EST on Thursday 28 March will be processed on Monday 1^st April.

US SHIPPING 

In order to keep all our jewelry pricing as transparent as possible, we separate out the costs of secure shipping from our product price. We offer two secure shipping options via Fedex, standard and overnight expedited. 

We ship to all 50 states & Washington, DC. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected. 

Please note, we require a signature upon delivery.

Orders received before 2pm EST Monday-Friday will be dispatched same day.

Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched next business day.    

Please note all orders over 5,000 USD can only be shipped via Fedex overnight.

OUR RETURN POLICY 

Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Lightbox Jewelry purchase. However, if you would like to a return or exchange an item, we are happy to offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date your package was delivered. Your original shipping costs are non-refundable, but the return shipping is free.

SALE Item Return Policy: Please note, all sale/clearance items are only eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Holiday Return Policy: Please note, items ordered between Nov 1st 2023 - Dec 31st 2023 will have an extended 60 days return window from the date your package was delivered.

All items must be returned to us from the same country to which they were delivered.

 To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

All items must have their product tags intact, be in their original condition and returned inside their packaging.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Lightbox Jewelry. We will only accept returns that are returned using the prepaid USPS shipping label that we send to you at the time you request a return.

All items must be returned to us from the same country to which they were delivered.

• Jewelry sets must be returned together, unworn and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of individual items within the set.
• Loose stones must arrive in their original condition and must not have been previously set.
• Travel Pouch - if a full order is returned then the jewelry pouch must also be returned or its retail value will be deducted from any refund.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions; in the case that such items are returned, we will return these items to you. Defective or faulty items should be returned inside their original packaging where possible and within 90 days from date of delivery.

All items returned will be refunded to your original payment method. If you wish to exchange your item you can do this via the returns portal or you can purchase another replacement item, directly on our website.

Once we receive your return, please allow 8 - 15 business days for our warehouse to process your return and then 5 - 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you a confirmation email once our team has processed your return, so you know your refund is on the way.

To return your item:

To begin the returns process, please visit our online US returns center. You will then be guided through the returns process, entering your order number and email address and then selecting the items you wish to return.

Once you have registered your return, we will send you a prepaid USPS label you can use to return the items using their original shipping box and packaging (this is to ensure the pieces stay protected on their way back to us). Please include a copy of your original dispatch note inside the box (your order will arrive with two copies, so in the event of a return you can keep one for your records). Please ensure your personal details (name, cell and email) are filled out on the dispatch note.

Please ensure you receive a proof of postage from the Post Office when you ship back your item as we are unable to issue refunds for items we do not receive back. We also will not accept liability for any items that might be lost in transit or don’t arrive should you choose an alternative shipment method.
